Job Title: Graphic Designer with Print Shop Experience

Minuteman Press Is a printing promotional and marketing company. We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer. With AI and Canva designing aspects have changed.. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and the ability to learn. We understand not all designers have print shop experiment s we have an extensive training program where we can show you how to operate the digital press and the bindery equipment. We are looking for someone with longevity and a history of staying at a job.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and producing various print and digital materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, and advertisements.
• Operating digital presses and ensuring efficient production of print materials.
• Assisting in bindery operations, including cutting, folding, binding, and finishing.
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually appealing designs.
• Managing the production process, including preparing files for print and ensuring high-quality output.
• Utilizing Canva and other design software to create engaging graphics efficiently.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on print shop operations.
• Experience operating digital presses and familiarity with bindery equipment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Experience with print production processes, including knowledge of various printing techniques and materials.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums.
