Who we are looking for:


We are seeking a highly creative, talented, skilled, and self-motivated Full-Time Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This position will play a key role in shaping and maintaining our company's visual identity, responsible for all graphic media creation, sales collateral and presentations, video production, and elevating our presence across our social media platforms with beautiful, sophisticated, and engaging visual content. This is a remote position. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life while adhering to and enforcing brand guidelines.


Your primary duties will Include:


Graphic Media Creation:

  • Develop visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and other design elements for digital and print media.
  • Design marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, social media graphics and gifs, PowerPoint presentations, proposals, and more.

Video Production:

  • Create and edit videos for promotional, instructional, and informational purposes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content for online campaigns, product launches, and events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative video techniques to enhance content quality.
  • Work with external vendors and media partners to obtain raw footage of live action video when necessary and, at times, incorporating stock b-roll.

Animation:

  • Design and produce animated content, such as motion graphics, explainer videos, and interactive multimedia elements.
  • Bring static designs to life through animations to enhance user engagement.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media graphics that support strategy and campaign goals to increase brand awareness, engagement, follower growth, and lead generation through captivating visual stories and assets.
  • Collaborate with other Marketing team members to create and curate visually interesting and powerful content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content and campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Web Design:

  • Design visually intriguing, memorable, and user-friendly websites, landing pages, and email templates that create an overwhelmingly positive brand experience, enhancing our brand reputation and generating lasting impressions.
  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements through needed functionalities.

Content Planning and Coordination:

  • Work closely with marketing and communication teams to align multimedia content with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
  • Own the multimedia content update calendar, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand aesthetic that is modernized across all assets.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for multimedia content creation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, sales, SMEs, and developers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality multimedia assets.

Brand Consistency:

  • Maintain and uphold brand consistency across all multimedia materials. Serve as brand enforcer and support team members’ effective usage of brand materials.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand brand guidelines and incorporate them into design projects.
  • Create and maintain a library of templates and letterheads for any employee to easily use.

Stay Updated:

  • Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design skills, social media engagement, improve productivity, and contribute fresh ideas.

Time Management:

  • Effectively manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.


The Ideal Candidate for this Position Has or Is:


Required:

  • Uncapped creativity and outside-the-box thinking
  • Fantastic attention to detail
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience as a B2B multimedia or graphic designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of design and multimedia projects.
  • 5 years B2B branding experience with an expert understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
  • Expert proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools.
  • 3 years of experience as a B2B Social Media coordinator, manager, or visual content contributor.
  • Expert proficiency in common B2B social media platforms and a desire to stay in-the-know of latest developments with each one.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking and reporting on social media performance.
  • 4 years with web design with examples of web pages and web sites designed for B2B that are both functional and attractive.
  • 2 years of familiarity with content management systems, including social media schedulers.
  • 3 years of experience with video editing and moving animation design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to accept constructive criticism
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.


Preferred, but not required:

  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Experience in BPO
