As a Grinder (also known as Grinding Machine Operator, Metal Grinder), you'll perform precision smoothing, polishing, or grinding of metal objects. Your tasks will include loading workpieces into grinding machines, adjusting tools for specified cuts, finishing surfaces of workpieces, inspecting and measuring workpieces, monitoring machine operations, selecting and mounting grinding wheels, and studying blueprints or layouts to plan machine setups and operational sequences.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Vocational training or 3 years of Grinder experience.
Proficiency in Manual Machining Skills, Deburring Experience, and AS9100 Experience.
Experience with Calipers and Micrometers, Cylindrical Grinder Machine, and OD/ID Grinding Machine.
