How You’ll Make An Impact
SiriusXM is seeking a marketing specialist for our Podcast Audience Growth team. This person will support the Growth team leads in the strategic development and tactical execution of marketing plans to drive audiences to our podcast. This role will oversee trending promotion with other podcast networks, managing our owned and operated inventory for promotion and other marketing responsibilities to grow our podcast listening audience. This role will report into the Associate Director, Podcast Performance marketing, and can be based out of the LA or NYC offices.

What You’ll Do
- Create strategic marketing plans that drive business results, support key marketing initiatives and inspire listening.
- Work closely with the marketing leads to establish processes, generate plans and ensure plans are set up, tracked and correctly executed.
- Track podcast ad inventory and identify opportunities to better utilize owned and operated ad space.
- Create and gather assets for marketing campaigns, including audio ads, audio copy and associated imagery.
- Assist in creating audience profiles to help scale marketing efforts across all shows, including identifying unexpected audience crossovers or buys that over index for current and/or new podcast listeners.
- Provide and present media recaps to stakeholders upon conclusion of each campaign
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor Degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing to a consume audience across digital channels
- Entertainment or media experience preferred.
- Love of podcasts and knowledge of the industry at large.
- Proficient in computer and software skills such as PowerPoint, Excel, Google Docs, (Slides, spreadsheets) and familiarity with Monday.com.
- Well organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to seamlessly multi-task effectively across multiple active projects in a fast-pace environment.
- Willingness to be highly collaborative.
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
