Key Responsibilities


  • Lead, build and foster relationships with Pearpop’s media and creative agency partners. Own the Pearpop narrative across all major agency networks and relationships.
  • Manage and grow all aspects of agency partnership (existing and new) for both creative and media partners
  • Identify opportunities to enable deeper engagement across agency partners, and engage with sales leadership to execute on these opportunities
  • Act as key liaison between agency partner and platform, effectively communicating product and feature requests, and qualifying the impact that partner feedback will have on our offering and value
  • Effectively manage C-level relationships
  • Work with our cross-functional teams across account management, sales, creator partnerships, and creative strategy to deliver value to partners and solve issues blocking performance
  • Provide reporting, projections and forecasts through multiple techniques including, competitive and industry analysis, agency growth plans and revenue reports
  • Understand and be an expert on Pearpop’s execution process and effectively launch challenges and campaigns
  • Potential travel component (10-15%), based on the national scope of this role at the onset


What You Bring to the Table

  • 10+ years of professional work experience
  • 5+ years in client services, with experience developing and leading business transactions with agencies, brands, platforms and/or other companies within the advertising space
  • Experience in business development and/or sourcing new business is a plus
  • Must have an active understanding of influencer/digital marketing knowledge & social media trends
  • A creative and strategic mindset, eager to be applied to various partnership initiatives on any given day
  • Proven ability to work autonomously with a proactive mindset, easily adapting to quickly changing priorities
  • Strong organizational skills, clear communicator, and attention to detail that thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Passionate, ambitious, resourceful, adaptable, and humble entrepreneurial spirit
  • Must be a self starter and creative problem solver


Compensation: Base plus Commission $150,000+
