Head of Creative and User Engagement
We are a leading chat moderation agency offering premium chatting services to content creators in the adult entertainment field. Our team focuses on upselling paid content through engaging communication with OnlyFans subscribers. We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven and creative Head of Creative Content and Customer Engagement to lead this business unit, ensuring our chat moderators are equipped with all necessary tools and soft-skills, to provide top-notch experiences to the platform's subscribers and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities
- Conception & definition of the overall customer communication strategy, with strong focus on user retention and spend/revenue maximization.
- Take full ownership of the creative content and user experience department, leading a team of creative copywriters.
- Evaluate the current status quo, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement in our scripts and teams' soft-skills.
- Develop and implement action plans to bridge gaps and enhance communication performance, continuity, and increase subscriber lifetime value.
- Utilize performance metrics such as generated revenue and customer retention, along with agents' feedback, to refine and improve content strategies.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of content plans, maintaining smooth department operations.
- Proven experience in project and people management with full end-to-end ownership.
- Strong background in communication strategies, creative writing / script development, and sales soft-skill coaching
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate current content performance and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and lead a team to execute them efficiently.
- Proficiency in using performance tracking tools like Power BI.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and coach a sales team towards the achievement of dynamic objectives through effective communication.
- Complete review and evaluation of current content, scripts and overall communication strategies.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of strengths and weaknesses within the first six months.
- Define the vision and roadmap for communication/content improvement.
- Achieve tangible progress in terms of review, changes, and optimization within the first six months.
