About the Role: As the Head of E-commerce Customer Experience, you will take the helm in revolutionizing consumerism through the recommerce of baby and kid gear. This pivotal role combines technical acumen with visionary leadership to dramatically enhance the digital shopping experience, boost conversion rates, and foster sustainable consumer behavior.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of a comprehensive front-end strategy, including advanced search functionalities, intuitive product recommendations, and smart bundling
  • Overhaul key website elements to maximize user engagement and conversion rates
  • Manage partnerships with leading third-party providers to incorporate cutting-edge technologies that enhance the shopping experience
  • Analyze user behavior and market trends to formulate targeted strategies that elevate performance and customer satisfaction
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by implementing rigorous testing and feedback mechanisms
  • Collaborate with team members to develop hypotheses and test plans that align with business objectives


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role focused on e-commerce optimization, with a verifiable track record of boosting conversion rates and enhancing user experience
  • Strong technical background, with the capability to manage both strategic and hands-on aspects of digital product development
  • Profound understanding of user experience, proficient in A/B testing, user research, and analytics
  • Experience in managing external vendors and overseeing technology integrations
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and influencing stakeholders
