Role Overview

• Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain a world-class expert network, ensuring alignment with Cyrannus’ mission and business objectives. 
• Identify, recruit and onboard top experts in the Marketing ecosystem to ensure a diverse and highly qualified network. 
• Design and implement engagement initiatives that encourage active participation, knowledge sharing and collaboration among experts. 
• Oversee the integration of expert insights into Cyrannus’ evaluation process, ensuring accurate and timely assessments of startups investment readiness. 
• Quarterly business reviews with your Marketing Expert Community.  
• Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of the expert network, making data-driven adjustments as needed. 
• Represent Cyrannus as needed at industry events, conferences and publications, positioning the company as a leader in AI and expert driven startup evaluation.

Qualifications

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field. An advanced degree (MBA, PhD) is preferred. 

Experience: 

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the tech, venture capital or startup ecosystem. 
• 5+ years of experience in building and managing expert or professional teams, preferably in a tech or investment environment. 
• Strong understanding of marketing technologies and their applications in the investment and evaluation process. 

Skills:

• Proficiency in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building relationships with top-tier professionals.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
