Head of Global HR

Our client is searching for a Head of Global HR. This person will oversee the Human Resources function for our client, ensuring robust support for the existing team in Tel Aviv while establishing and expanding the HR operations to facilitate the launch and continuous growth in the US market. This role involves strategic planning, talent management, and the implementation of HR best practices to support the company's global objectives.

Required Education & Experience

• BSc/BA business, HR, social sciences or related field, MSc/MA/MBA preferred.
• Experience in human resource management required.
• Minimum in bio, medtech or lifesciences.
• Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
• Utilization of metrics and analytics.
• Knowledge of employment –related laws and regulations.
• Proven leadership qualities.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Experience scaling HR function to meet the future strategic needs of the organization.
• Change management.
• Proficiency with talent management systems.
