We're on the hunt for a Head of Growth and Demand Generation who can roll up their sleeves and dive into our mission headfirst. We’re a laid-back, collaborative bunch, and while you’ll report to our VP of Marketing, you’ll also team up with our content wizards, product marketing pros, product managers, services gurus, and sales champs.
What You’ll Be Doing
Master of the Funnel: You’ll handle everything from creating demand to capturing it.
Campaign Captain: Dream up and launch campaigns that bring in new business and keep our current customers coming back for more.
Global Guru: Sync up with our marketing and sales teams around the world to nail our campaigns in EMEA & APAC regions.
Funnel Friend: Be the go-to person for everything related to the GTM funnel and ensure smooth marketing-to-sales transitions.
Storyteller: Craft compelling market narratives and weave them into multi-channel campaigns.
Number Cruncher: Track and measure all our marketing moves and share the results with the team.
What You’ll Need
Creative Spark: Be a creative marketing leader who can keep up with our fast-paced world.
Tech Savvy: Advanced skills in Hubspot and Salesforce, and the ability to whip up dashboards in Looker (or similar tools).
ABM Aficionado: Experience with ABM tools like 6Sense, paid search and social, and programmatic marketing.
Team Leader: Proven experience leading a rockstar marketing team.
B2B Buff: Deep understanding of enterprise B2B marketing and the latest demand generation best practices for technical buyers.
People Person: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Mission-Driven: A passion for Deque’s mission and a strong desire to make a big impact.
