As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of marketing, including brand strategy, performance and demand generation, and creative marketing. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how we go to market and accelerating our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead the development brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Oversee performance marketing channels, including PPC advertising, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and sales, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive cohesive go-to-market strategies.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to track and evaluate marketing performance, identify areas for optimization, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the tech startup or real estate industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business
  • goals into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Deep understanding of brand development, performance marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience marketing a company or product from its infancy, ideally within a startup or growth-stage company environment.
  • Previous B2C experience, with a deep understanding of user personas and consumer values to drive demand generation and user acquisition strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
