About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced product/growth marketer to own Text Blaze’s marketing and help users discover and unlock the full value of Text Blaze. You’ll define user segments and messaging and lead initiatives to acquire users and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Define and refine our user segments, positioning and messaging based on a deep understanding of our users and how they use Text Blaze to drive productivity and quality.
  • Develop, prioritize and execute marketing initiatives across channels (landing pages, content, SEO, SEM, display and video ads) and plans to test them.
  • Run experiments (including A/B tests), analyze results, and decide on the next steps.
  • Hire and manage internal and external team members.
  • Go crazy - be creative and test new things.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in product and/or growth marketing roles, ideally in product-led / freemium SaaS products.
  • Track record of driving significant improvements to core business metrics.
  • Experience working across different personas and use-cases.
  • Experience in organic (SEO, content, and social), and paid (SEM, display and video ads) marketing.
  • Hustler - ability to independently drive results using creative and scrappy (at first) approaches.
  • Great communicators - able to communicate plans including prioritization, assumptions, results, and next steps.
  • Data and hypothesis-driven, including SQL knowledge.
  • Team player - high emotional intelligence and ability to mentor others.
