Key Responsibilities:


Develop and Implement Sales Process:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement an effective sales process.
  • Define clear sales objectives, metrics, and KPIs to track performance and optimize the sales process continuously.

Outbound Sales Strategy:

  • Lead outbound sales efforts by identifying relevant events, conferences, and networking opportunities within the web3 ecosystem.
  • Represent the company at industry events, build relationships with potential clients, and drive engagement to generate leads and partnerships.

Inbound Sales Management:

  • Evaluate and assess the quality and viability of inbound project inquiries and leads.
  • Work closely with the sales team to prioritize and qualify inbound opportunities, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic objectives.

Cultivate Partnerships:

  • Foster strong and meaningful relationships with partners, and other key players in the web3 space.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of sales efforts with product development and marketing initiatives.

Stay Informed and Up-to-Date:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies within the web3 space.
  • Continuously update knowledge and share insights with the team to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation in sales strategies.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the technology or web3 industry.
  • Deep understanding of decentralized technologies, blockchain, and the web3 ecosystem.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a knack for building and maintaining relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead a high-performing sales team with enthusiasm and creativity.
