We are excited to partner with a dynamic healthcare practice in search of a dedicated Talent Acquisition Healthcare Recruiter. In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in helping to grow the clinical team significantly over the next year.
Who You Are
You have at least 2 years of experience recruiting clinicians in a private practice setting.
You have successfully placed candidates in volume, ideally 1-2 clinicians per month.
You are creative in your approach to sourcing clinicians and building partnerships with colleges and other organizations.
You have experience participating in job fairs and networking within the Boston community.
You excel at keeping clinicians engaged throughout the hiring process and can strategically negotiate salary discussions.
What You’ll Do
Lead recruitment efforts by sourcing and hiring both general and specialized clinicians.
Oversee the candidate interview process, coordinating interviews and gathering valuable feedback.
Identify top candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, and job fairs.
Negotiate job offers, ensuring a fair and competitive process for all clinicians.
Collaborate closely with clinic directors and operational leaders to match clinicians with the right locations.
Work alongside the Human Resources team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process and maintain communication with clinicians before their start dates.
