Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in fund operations, hedge fund management, or a related area.
Strong knowledge of hedge fund operations, trade processing, and risk management.
Proficiency in financial systems and software (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, Excel).
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and driving operational improvements.
