An Atlanta-based construction distributor company is looking to scale their engineering department. They are hiring for a Help Desk Engineer to work for them full-time, on-site 5 days a week in metro Atlanta, GA.

This company is looking for someone who is eager to be hands-on grow their skillset in the industry as well as their career. Day to day priorities mainly include phone (Android) troubleshooting and other hardware, will be using Windows 11 on desktop, and all tiers of help tickets. Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience working hands-on as Help Desk Support
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, troubleshooting Android phones
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
