Base pay range
This company is looking for someone who is eager to be hands-on grow their skillset in the industry as well as their career. Day to day priorities mainly include phone (Android) troubleshooting and other hardware, will be using Windows 11 on desktop, and all tiers of help tickets. Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience working hands-on as Help Desk Support
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, troubleshooting Android phones
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Learning abilities
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to commute to Austell office.
Full time. Must be local to Atlanta.
