  • Availability to work 4 days/week at the Client's site in Golden, CO (required);
  • Experience working as Help Desk Support Specialist (1+ year);
  • Experience with TCP/IP;
  • Experience with Windows 9x/2000/XP/NT/Vista/7;
  • Experience with Service Desk Ticket System;
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat;
  • Experience with Active Directory;
  • An associate degree in a related area.
