Job Description:
As a Home-based Hospitality Manager at LoneStar Voyages, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of hospitality for our clients throughout their travel experiences. Working remotely, you will oversee and manage all aspects of hospitality services, including accommodations, dining, and leisure activities, to ensure a seamless and memorable travel experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding hospitality-related inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses to meet their needs and preferences
- Accommodation Management: Coordinate and manage hotel bookings, villa rentals, and other accommodations for clients, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations
- Dining Arrangements: Assist clients in selecting and booking dining reservations at restaurants, cafes, and other dining establishments, providing recommendations based on their preferences
- Leisure Activities: Arrange and coordinate leisure activities, excursions, tours, and other experiences for clients, ensuring they align with client interests and preferences
- Concierge Services: Provide personalized concierge services to clients, including arranging transportation, procuring tickets to events and attractions, and fulfilling special requests
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with hospitality vendors, including hotels, restaurants, tour operators, and transportation providers, to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Client Satisfaction: Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels regarding hospitality services, proactively addressing any issues or concerns to ensure a positive experience
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including travel advisors and reservation specialists, to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, tourism, business administration, or a related field; additional certifications or training in hospitality management is preferred
- Proven experience in hospitality management, guest services, or a similar role within the travel industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and customer-focused demeanor
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using hospitality management software, online booking platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline to meet performance targets and client expectations
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules to accommodate client needs, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays
