Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Hospital Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the healthcare industry and possess well-established relationships with hospital CEOs and CFOs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of hospital operations, financial management, and executive-level consulting.


Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Leverage existing relationships with hospital CEOs and CFOs to foster strong, trust-based partnerships. Act as the primary point of contact for senior hospital executives.

- Consulting Services: Provide expert advice and strategic guidance on hospital operations, financial performance, and patient care initiatives. Develop and implement tailored consulting solutions to address client needs.

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector. Utilize industry connections to expand the firm's client base and drive revenue growth.

- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact consulting projects. Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

- Market Insights: Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices. Provide thought leadership through presentations, white papers, and participation in industry conferences.

- Performance Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of hospital operations and financial performance. Develop actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient outcomes.

- Strategic Planning: Assist hospital executives in developing and executing strategic plans that align with organizational goals. Facilitate workshops and strategic planning sessions.

- Mentorship: Mentor and develop junior consultants, sharing knowledge and expertise to build a high-performing consulting team.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in hospital consulting or a related role within the healthcare industry.

- Proven track record of successful consulting engagements with hospital executives, particularly CEOs and CFOs.

- Deep understanding of hospital operations, financial management, and healthcare regulations.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
