Responsibilities
- Craft and execute bold sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion at premier properties
- Anticipate and leverage emerging market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive threats to stay ahead
- Forge and nurture strategic alliances with key stakeholders and travel partners
- Leverage technology and software applications to supplement strategy and track customer relations
- Champion the development of sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability
- Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market insights to drive progress and optimize sales effectiveness
- Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts in sync with calendar and processes
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies
- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to boost brand visibility
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices to elevate sales processes and customer satisfaction
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a sales team
- Engaging and persuasive communication skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of the travel industry and market trends
- Deep understanding of the hospitality markets in Key West, Tampa, Clearwater, and broader industry trends.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute sales plans
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Experience with luxury properties and group events is preferred.
