Partners with the Senior Director, Talent Development & Strategic Initiatives to manage learning and development resources.
Job Description
$25-$30/hr.

Partners with the Senior Director, Talent Development & Strategic Initiatives to manage learning and development resources.
Job Description
- Review competency and gap assessments to determine training needs for identified teams
- Research, identify, and recommend external resources to support identified training needs
- Interviews SMEs for internal resource development
- Assists with creating timeline of development activities
- Research, identify, and recommend tools to measure the effectiveness of leadership and employee development programs
- Partner with Director of Talent Acquisition on performing recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, updating the calendar accordingly, and monitoring emails.
- Work closely with the team to maintain the candidate database and handle any relevant paperwork.
- Prepare and post job advertisements online
- Screen candidates by performing background checks, conducting assessments, and verifying their qualifications and experience.
- Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process
- Assist successful candidates with the onboarding process, including preparing documents and coordinating orientation agendas.
- Knowledge of recruiting.
- Experience with job descriptions and posting jobs on various platforms.
- Familiarity with Interviewing.
- Experience with Screening, i.e., background checks, reference checks, conducting assessments, etc.
- Experience with on-boarding, i.e., filling out paperwork, I-9 and W2 experience, etc.
- Calendar management experience.
$25-$30/hr.
