About the Human Resource Administrator Role

The Human Resource Administrator is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the Operating Partner in supporting the restaurants and our cloud locations. This position carries out responsibilities in the following areas: field recruiting activities, administrative tasks, time keeping management, and new employee onboarding. This position works with various levels of management from new store openings to in house projects.

Requirements

HR Administration:

  • Administers various human resource plans and procedures
  • Assists in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Participates in developing HR processes and employee programs
  • Supports HR Department regarding employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviews
  • Maintains human resource information system, as well as all employee and relevant company files

Payroll And Benefits Administration

  • Assists payroll for all of our locations, and works closely with General Managers to ensure that hours worked get recorded accurately, employees are paid correctly and on time and the business is compliant with relevant tax rules and other laws

Recruitment

  • Conducts recruitment effort for exempt and nonexempt personnel
  • Designs and implements the overall recruiting strategy
  • Conducts interviews and filters candidates for open salaried positions
  • Supports General Managers in their hourly employee’s hiring process
  • Oversee referral bonus program, reviewing requests, determining eligibility, gaining approval, and sending out the bonus check as needed
  • Provide support for Field HR Recruiting, including posting jobs on job boards, conducting background checks, scheduling interviews, and ensuring smooth operation of Field Recruiting processes.
  • Respond to basic inquiries from Operations management related to job posting and recruiting materials, and trains colleagues on recruiting technology.
  • Coordinate, attend, and participate in hiring events related to the opening of a new location

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are roughly Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.Travel: Local travel among all of our locations is expected for this position.
