We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead Hivemind through its next phase of growth in the digital assets space. The ideal candidate will be a visionary HR leader who inspires teams to exceed expectations and embrace a culture of accountability, pushing for excellence at every level. This role goes beyond aligning HR strategies with business objectives—it’s about driving bold, transformational initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent, while setting ambitious goals that challenge the status quo. As a strategic partner, you will lead change, optimize HR operations, and cultivate an environment where continuous improvement is not just encouraged, but expected, fueling the relentless pursuit of high performance and breakthrough success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, developing strategies to attract and retain top talent and utilize data analytics to track and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Implement effective succession planning strategies to identify and develop internal talent for future leadership roles, ensuring business continuity and growth.
  • Optimize performance management frameworks and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) processes to align employee goals with business objectives.
  • Drive HR strategies to support business growth, drive change initiatives, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Empower employees through strategic coaching, effective conflict resolution, and fostering a collaborative work environment that nurtures personal growth and drives collective success.
  • Oversee admin team, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and performance.
  • Ensure HR policies and employee records are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date.
  • Perform additional duties as required to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of HR experience in talent acquisition, change management, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in influencing and cultivating strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong background in performance frameworks, OKR implementation, and talent development.
  • Experience leading change and improving HR operations in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Insightful, principled, and confident in asking tough questions and challenging the status quo.
  • Must be local to New York City.

$125,000 - $150,000 a year

Compensation: The expected base salary for this New York based position ranges from $125,000 - $150,000. The actual base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, relevant certifications, skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary and the competitive benefits package listed above, this position is eligible for additional types of compensation, including target-based incentives.
