  • HR Operations - overseeing HR team, responsible for hiring an onboarding new hires
  • Build and maintain strong functional team through coaching, training, team building, and succession planning
  • Strategic Recruitment - create annual recruitment plan for roles within organization

  • Succession Planning & Staff Development

What Do You Need as a the HR Director?

  • UKG experience is a PLUS
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience
  • Degree in Human Resources
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required
  • Ability to travel to Miami once a week
