Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will support a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and facilitate the entire recruitment process, from job postings to candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Manage employee relations, serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, answering questions about compensation, benefits, and addressing payroll issues.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and support employees through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support performance management initiatives, including organizing performance reviews, tracking employee progress, and developing improvement plans.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
  • Collaborate with managers to address staffing needs, workforce planning, and organizational changes.
  • Assist with employee offboarding, including exit interviews and transition support.


Qualifications:

  • Native US Fluency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.


Preferred:

  • Prior exposure to the health-tech sector.
  • Comfortable in a startup environment.
