Job Description

The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions with a specific emphasis on developing and implementing robust recruitment strategies. This role is crucial in building our workforce, enhancing our employer brand, and ensuring sustained organizational effectiveness through strategic talent management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, including creating job posts, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing hiring efforts to secure industry-leading professionals.
  • Overseeing the onboarding process.
  • Keeps track of recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
  • Advises hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques.
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans tailored to meet the business needs, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent in a competitive market.
  • Manage ongoing talent acquisition, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess and fulfil staffing requirements, optimizing workforce planning and deployment.
  • Maintain and enhance performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Administer comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture and work environment through effective employee relations and retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance on all HR matters, assisting with decision-making and policy development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, particularly with extensive experience in recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the complete recruitment process and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage interpersonal relationships at all levels within the organization.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation, HR best practices, and industry standards.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are advantageous.
