HR Program Manager / Recruiter

Position Overview:

Work with the VP of People and Culture of our Organization to design and manage People and Culture Programs and Recruitment for our three entities. Responsibilities:


Recruiting:

Develop recruiting strategies to support business needs across our organization.

Manage full cycle recruiting process with an eye for continual improvement (posting, screening, candidate tracking, managing offers & guiding newly hired team members through onboarding)

Screen candidates and manage the complete interview process through offer acceptance.

Manage university recruiting efforts from fall to spring, including developing campus strategies, attending career fairs, collaborating with marketing, and managing the full recruitment cycle.


Intern Program Management:

Work with leadership teams to define intern needs and fill intern opportunities across all three companies.

Manage summer Intern Program including:

Develop program of enriching events (learning workshops, stretch assignments and networking opportunities)

Implement Performance Reviews & Exit interviews for all Interns.

Coordinate Intern Presentations and summary report of each Intern Season.


Employee Engagement:

Manage the design, implementation of Engagement & Pulse Surveys and 360 Feedback Surveys using Culture Amp.

Analyze survey results and develop action plans with leadership teams to improve engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engagement initiatives.

Monitor and report on the impact of engagement efforts.

Enhance and manage content on internal People & Culture Sharepoint site for information sharing.

Support Employee Engagement activity planning and execution including March Fitness Challenge, Third Thursday Events,


Mid-Year and Annual Review Program Management:

Support the VP of People in managing the performance review process using Culture Amp.

Manage timeline, program roll-out and communication plan to organization.

Train managers on effective performance evaluation & feedback techniques.

Continuously improve the performance management process.

Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding performance review process.


Diversity Initiatives:

Actively participate on the DEI Committee

Develop and implement diversity outreach strategies

Identify & build relationships with outreach organizations to expand BIPOC candidate pool.

Collaborate with HR leadership to set diversity goals and track progress.


Onboarding/Offboarding:

Partner with People team to manage orientation and onboarding processes across our organization.

Design & implement onboarding survey to collect feedback from new hires and make continuous improvements.

Conduct exit interviews and complete offboarding tasks upon employee exits.


HR Operations: Support various HR functions, including assisting employees with understanding and requesting leaves of absence, contributing to policy updates, and participating in a range of HR projects to promote a positive workplace environment.


Qualifications:

6-10 years of Recruiting/HR Program Management experience

Demonstrated Program Management success leading communication, program administration and content creation.

Highly effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Exceptional project management, attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

Proficiency in HR software and tools.

Prior experience with the following tools a plus: ADP, Culture Amp, Breezy, LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartSheets, Indeed, Handshake.

Ability to develop and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies

Commitment to diversity and inclusion

Adaptable to changing business needs and able to juggle multiple priorities at once

Process driven with an eye for process improvement

Experience with Construction, Real Estate and/or Property Management industries is preferred

HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus


Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 plus annual bonus.
