Position - HR Recruiter

Job location - Kingston, NJ 08528

Duration – Part Time

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serving HR duties including, on-boarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, etc
  • Perform full-cycle recruiting to support staffing in all levels of operation
  • Perform reference checks
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other organizations to find talent

Education: Bachelor's in Human Resources or related (Required)

Experience: 3-5 years (Required)

Benefits

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
