Description

The Human Resource Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions. This role plays a crucial role in managing and developing HR policies, programs, and initiatives to ensure the organization's talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management are carried out effectively and in compliance with applicable regulations and laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce needs and plan for future talent acquisition
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Create and manage employee performance evaluation programs
• Handle employee grievances and provide conflict resolution
• Develop and manage employee training and development programs
• Oversee the employee benefits administration
• Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and manage HR budget
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in HR management, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
• Demonstrated experience in HR strategic planning and implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
