Human Resource Intern
Sizanid USA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR intern to support our team with various exciting tasks. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about the full HR lifecycle, from attracting top talent to ensuring smooth payroll processes.

- Assist with sourcing and screening resumes and applications.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews (may involve some light administrative tasks).
- Prepare onboarding materials for new hires.
- Payroll:
- Assist with data entry and processing of payroll information.
- Prepare and distribute paystubs to employees (ensure confidentiality).
- Learn about payroll regulations and tax withholdings (optional).
- Background Checks:
- Coordinate and track background checks for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements for background checks.
- Business Development:
- Assist with research and outreach to build relationships with potential clients.
- Help with administrative tasks related to business development initiatives (e.g., creating presentations, managing calendars).
- Gain exposure to the sales side of the HR industry (optional).
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eager to learn and explore different aspects of Human Resources.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or payroll software.
- Understanding of employment law and best practices in HR.
- Creative and enthusiastic about contributing to new ideas.
- Gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment.
- Learn from experienced HR professionals and contribute to real-world projects.
