Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Assist with sourcing and screening resumes and applications.
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews (may involve some light administrative tasks).
Prepare onboarding materials for new hires.
Payroll:
Assist with data entry and processing of payroll information.
Prepare and distribute paystubs to employees (ensure confidentiality).
Learn about payroll regulations and tax withholdings (optional).
Background Checks:
Coordinate and track background checks for new hires.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements for background checks.
Business Development:
Assist with research and outreach to build relationships with potential clients.
Help with administrative tasks related to business development initiatives (e.g., creating presentations, managing calendars).
Gain exposure to the sales side of the HR industry (optional).
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eager to learn and explore different aspects of Human Resources.
