We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Director to serve as a strategic partner in cultivating an exceptional team member experience across multiple locations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate extensively with our HR team and leaders across offices, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our human resources strategies in alignment with organizational goals.

Specific duties include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Create and grow trust-based relationships with stakeholders, assess priority needs, and provide HR guidance to the leadership team
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives to foster a positive and high-performance workplace culture
  • Partner with the Recruitment team to attract top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
  • Implement effective performance management programs, including goal setting, regular performance reviews, and development plans to enhance team member engagement and productivity
  • Serve as a trusted advisor in handling employee relations matters and conflict resolution, fostering a fair and respectful work environment
  • Initiate workforce and succession planning discussions to address current and future staffing needs across offices
  • Collaborate with the Benefits team to ensure the delivery of competitive programs within the market that attract and retain top talent
  • Identify training needs and partner with the Training and Development team to develop programs to support the professional growth of team members
  • Utilize HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Support a distinctive onboarding experience for new team members, including support through orientation
  • Oversee the offboarding process and conduct exit interviews, synthesizing feedback to identify trends and propose initiatives to support
  • Foster team member engagement and retention, proposing initiatives based on team member feedback
  • Additional project support within the HR function as needed and available

Your Background

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources leadership roles
  • Experience working in a matrixed professional services environment as a sole HR Practitioner
  • Preferred experience working in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus
