Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screening, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with the shortlisted candidates.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the Sales Intern role.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
Collaborate with the hiring manager to evaluate candidates and make final selection decisions.
