What It Takes:

• Availability: Standard business hours
• Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel required

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communication: Regularly communicate with supervisors and upper management
• Database Management: Manage and maintain records in ATS and software databases
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external employees
• Office Management: Perform general office duties as needed
• Client and Vendor Relations: Communicate with clients and vendors effectively
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues promptly
• Data Tracking: Track and report relevant data to management
• Scheduling: Coordinate and manage schedules for upper management
