IPS - Rubbercraft is seeking an Intern, Human Resources who is a student, or a recent graduate undergoing on-the-job supervised training in preparation of a desired career. The individual provides quality HR administrative support to the HR team and site employees. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for delivering assistance and administrative support on various HR and Talent Acquisition related projects.

Job Accountabilities

  • Provides HR administrative support to the HR team and site employees
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, reviewing resumes, phone screening and scheduling interviews for hourly production roles
  • Tracks progress, deadlines, and priorities of assigned HR projects
  • Assists with New Hire Orientation preparation
  • Handles requests and delivers quality solutions if able, or escalates the request to a more senior team member
  • Supports HR operations by learning and participating in a variety of activities
  • Scans, files and maintains electronic employee personnel files
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Specifications

Education: A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma/GED and at least two years schooling pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources

Years’ Experience: 0-2 years of relevant work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations
