Indotronix is seeking a Hybrid- Network Administrator in Phoenix, AZ location

Position: Network Administrator

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid setting of 2 days in office, 3 from home - first 2 weeks training on daylight shift)

Duration: Contract to hire

Daily

Key responsibilities:

support/troubleshooting and assisting projects with issues related to that, network troubleshooting and diagnostics, supporting technology infrastructure for critical applications, utilizing capture to determine communication anomalies and isolate

Must Have Technical Skills/experience (ask For Alternative/tool/version)

• Working knowledge of Cisco Routers: Hardware & software
• WAN links such as MPLS, GigE, and broadband
• Layer 2 protocols such as Vlans, Spanning Tree,
• Layer 3 routing protocols such as eigrp, bgp, ospf
• TCP/IP and related protocols
• Working knowledge of network packet capture tools such as Wireshark, WildPackets, etc.
• ITIL Foundations or experience with concepts such as Request, Incident, Problem and Change
• Ability to utilize network packet capture to diagnose network communication anomalies and disruptions
• Working knowledge of DNS administration (preferred - Bluecat DNS product experience)

• Any work with site reliability engineering (SRE)

• Java script
• Ansible
• Troubleshooting complex enterprise environments

Soft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role:

good communication, team player, ability to train and mentor junior resources

Education Required: Active CCNA or CCNP certification preferred - any F5 certifications is preferred as well - no degree requirement, looking for equivalent years of experience
