IAM Systems Administrator

Location: Denver CO (Remote)

Job Description

  • The Identity and Access Management Systems Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that the Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization remains compliant while managing product and service access needs, supporting the design, architecture, and implementation of tool management and automation solutions as part of our overall Identity and Access Management program. The position will regularly interface with the business, audit/security/risk, and IT teams to understand attestation requirements and put in place the necessary procedures, activities, metrics and KPIs to successfully meet all those requirements and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all IT attestation and certification activities, including monthly and quarterly attestation campaigns and proposed remediation efforts.
  • Contributes to monthly metrics and KPIs, and provides evidence for any variance from expected results
  • Create standard process and procedure documentation based on the templates and requirements defined in standards and policy
  • Provide analytical support for monthly metric reporting process. Perform ad hoc analyses to support IAM management and ancillary operations, as needed
  • Work on special projects and IAM initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Understanding of Access Control methodologies (RBAC and Attribute Control). Understanding of the design, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting and provisioning of application access through use of workflow automation and common directory services (AD, LDAP)
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; Oracle/SQL skills preferred
  • Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle using iterative methodologies. Experienced with ITIL Processes, Identity and Access Management processes and tools, Healthcare regulations (HIPAA), and System compliance audits (SOX). HealthCare IT experience a plus.
