Implementation Consultant
Description
The Customer Data Platform Implementation Liaison will play a pivotal role in the deployment and integration of our CDP. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating communication between the business/sales teams and IT teams to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CDP implementation, excellent project management skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Customer Data Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between business/sales teams and IT teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
- Conduct regular meetings and updates with both business and IT teams to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure alignment.
- Assist in data mapping, data integration, and data migration activities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data.
- Provide training and support to business users on the functionalities and capabilities of the CDP
- Identify and resolve any implementation challenges, proactively seeking solutions to ensure successful deployment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to customer data platforms and data management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the use and performance of the CDP
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or similar data management systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft, etc.
- Strong understanding of data integration, data quality, and data governance principles.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of marketing technology, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and data analytics is a plus.
