Implementation Consultant-Insurance Services (Remote)

Your role...

ReSource Pro is looking for an Insurance Implementation Consultant - Client Relationship to lead the client onboarding process and expand existing client relationships. This individual will leverage project management and process improvement methodologies to successfully integrate ReSource Pro’s solutions into client operations.

A significant portion of your time will be spent traveling. Your location can be based anywhere in the US - our goal is to be where our clients are.

In this role you will...

• Lead and facilitate the client onboarding process
• Assist the client with determining which processes are most suitable to delegate to ReSource Pro
• Build trusted partner relationships with clients
• Collaborate with the Service Delivery team to ensure smooth transitions of work
• Document client processes to ensure workflows align and support identified outcomes
• Serve as a subject matter expert on insurance operations and efficiency
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and retention
• Support the Service Delivery team with execution and identify areas of opportunity to increase scope of client engagements
• Provide guidance and input to the Service Delivery team in client communications, process implementation, and workflow stabilization
  
  

What You Need To Be Successful...

• Bachelor’s degree
• Insurance Level III, CISR, ARM, CIC, Licensed Agent or Similar Insurance designations or Lean Six Sigma Green belt preferred
• 7+ years of Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits insurance operations experience
• 3+ years of formal process improvement experience or displayed ability to define and implement process
• Previous experience in Operations Management and Business Process Outsourcing preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of business acumen and ability to interact with front line staff to mid-level executives
• Willingness to travel 60-75%
• Ability to lead change using change management principles
  
  

Your Compensation…

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $69,561 – $105,947.

The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
