Divi is a scalp and hair health company started in late 2021. The mission was born out of founder Dani Austin's own personal hair journey as she struggled to find brands and products that specifically addressed the root of hair loss and hair thinning. With several factors affecting each person’s hair health, Divi strives to pioneer what it means to have a healthy “scalp health routine”. Divi has grown extremely quickly, resonating in the marketplace with men and women at a variety of different stages in their hair journey. 2024 is an important growth year for the company with big ideas on the horizon and we are looking to grow our team to help!

JOB SUMMARY: 

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Influencer and Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing both influencer and affiliate marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and creative marketing professional with experience in both influencer and affiliate marketing channels.

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE + ABILITIES: 


Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.


Experience:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of successful influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns.

Skills:


  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and affiliate marketing best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cross functionally as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and analytics platforms (Shopify, Asana, Creator IQ)
  • Experience working with influencers and affiliates in the beauty industry..
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Experience with budget management and financial planning.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  1. Strategy Development:
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive influencer and affiliate marketing strategies.
  3. Identify and build relationships with key influencers, bloggers, and affiliates.
  4. Design and execute creative campaigns that align with overall marketing goals.
  5. Campaign Management:
  6. Plan, manage, and execute influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  7. Coordinate with influencer agency in place to ensure partners have all necessary brand materials and products to support each campaign.
  8. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
  9. Relationship Building:
  10. Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, affiliates, and partners.
  11. Act as the primary point of contact for influencer and affiliate communications and collaborations.
  12. Create and maintain a gifting strategy to help support these initiatives alongside the help of the Marketing Coordinator. 
  13. Content Creation:
  14. Oversee the production of high-quality content for both influencer and affiliate campaigns.
  15. Collaborate with the content and creative teams to integrate influencer and affiliate content into broader marketing strategies.
  16. Work with the Sr. Director of Paid Partnerships to identify and coordinate influencer content to be used for Paid Media. 
  17. Analytics and Reporting:
  18. Track, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns using relevant KPIs.
  19. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
  20. Budget Management:
  21. Manage the influencer and affiliate marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and deliver ROI.
  22. Negotiate rates and contracts with influencers and affiliates when necessary.
  23. Affiliate Program Management:
  24. Develop and manage the affiliate marketing program, including recruiting new affiliates and optimizing existing partnerships.
  25. Ensure affiliates have the tools and resources they need to succeed, including codes, briefs, and tracking links.
  26. Cross-functional Collaboration:
  27. Work closely with the content, social media, and brand teams to integrate influencer and affiliate strategies into broader marketing initiatives.
  28. Work closely with the product development team to align influencer strategy with new product launches. 
  29. Work closely with the finance team on the influencer and affiliate budget strategy.
  30. Event Management:
  31. Work closely with the broader marketing team to execute brand events that involve influencer and affiliate partners. This includes but is not limited to creating guest lists, influencer and affiliate outreach, gifting, set up, content capture, and more.
