Job Description: Influencer Assistant Account Manager

KRo Events is looking for an Influencer Assistant Account Manager to join our social team. This individual will get to work on some incredible brands and be an integral part of the team, providing day-to-day support across our client roster.


Position Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Minimum 4 years of work experience with project support in a client facing-role

• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines, support multiple projects simultaneously, and to work independently yet collaboratively with a remote team, in a fast-paced work environment

• Ability to work closely with team members and clients to support tracking program deliverables, sourcing a list of appropriate social influencers across various industries, vet potential options, and have a keen attention to detail.

• Contribute to creation and editing of influencer brief & collection of creative concepts

• Support social influencer travel arrangements including but not limited to flights, hotels and ground transportation and chauffeur management or private car service

• Develop social influencer itineraries/agendas

• Assist in communicating with social influencers’ and client social team’s during events / onsite

• Help to ensure social influencers follow all brand safety and social media guidelines in any content captured while onsite – this includes monitoring what they are taking or not taking photos of to ensure they are capturing the shot list appropriately and avoiding any potential legal/brand issues

• Collect, vet and assist in routing proposed social content according to pre-determined posting timelines. Support client and social influencers to ensure all edits are completed prior to social posts going live.

• Ongoing monitoring of social channels / ambassador content

• Assist with follow-up on all posts to ensure contract terms are met and posts meet legal approved guidelines.

• Support the team in collecting all social influencer analytics post-event, review for accuracy and organize in client provided template for final delivery

• Continually update a working list of potential social influencers and talent agencies to keep in mind for future programs, and note any negative experiences

• Help the team organize and document various files within DropBox, Google Docs, etc.

• Assist with research and planning elements of program related activities as requested which could include RFP research, hotel/venue/restaurant/catering research, gifts research and purchasing, creative development, and on-site staffing on projects as required. Includes influencer & non-influencer events.

• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and presentation skills

• Creative and innovative thinking skills + the ability to be a true problem solver and team player, solving unforeseen situations as they arise in a calm manner

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Dropbox

• Ability to work extended evening hours, travel and be on-site for events anywhere from 1 day to 1 month

• Ability to think outside of the box as well as enjoy being outside of the box!


Bonus If You Have:

• Experience working with luxury or automotive brands

• Knowledge of latest industry trends across all social media platforms

• Experience utilizing Tagger social listening platform

• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe Video editing

• Experience translating marketing campaigns into live experiences

• Experience with VIP / Celebrity / Talent management
