Job Opportunity: Influencer Campaign Coordinator


Odyssey Entertainment Group is in search of an Influencer Campaign Manager, based remotely. This dynamic individual will play a crucial role in managing, negotiating, and securing brand partnerships for our exclusive influencer roster while fostering and expanding the agency's brand relationships. As we represent uniquely authentic and special talents, it's paramount that this new addition to our team cultivates close, meaningful relationships with our talent.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Effectively orchestrate client campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards while liaising with influencer talent, brands, and talent agencies
  2. Manage deal negotiations to secure strong rates for talent.
  3. Review and redline talent contracts.
  4. Assisting with company goal by meeting or exceeding personal billing targets.
  5. Conduct outbound talent pitches and foster relationships with agencies, brands, and potential new talent.
  6. Respond to all incoming inquiries for a set talent roster.
  7. Lead regular meetings with the talent you represent to provide updates on current projects, ongoing negotiations, and share strategy.
  8. Keep company internal systems up to date as well as campaign management tool for talent updates.



Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  3. Proven experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics -- talent management experience is a HUGE plus!
  4. Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask effectively with strong follow-up skills
  5. Robust written and verbal communication skills -- able to communicate effectively and professionally with multiple personality types
  6. Sales oriented and eager to close new deals
