We are looking for an Information Manager to join our construction team on a project site in Utah


Who you’ll work with:

You will join one of our teams on a selected Project and work directly with our clients.

You will also work with many subject matter experts from different organizations and different fields (Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Information Management and Material Management)


What you’ll do:

In this role, you'll take the lead on managing project information throughout the EPC lifecycle, ensuring its availability, consistency, and visibility on the project cloud platform. You'll guide the creation and communication of this data, overseeing the implementation of the Information Management Strategy during the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction phases of the Project. ll develop and deploy IM procedures, implement cloud services that support Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and Workface Planning (WFP), and create a data-centric and report-centric environment for stakeholder access. Additionally, you'll spearhead the integration of various systems across the Project organizations and lead the population of Workface Planning software with data attributes and 3D Models, ensuring all data and models are consistently integrated and up-to-date.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to identify their strategic information needs and define data warehousing, analysis, and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and implement the Information Management strategy to ensure data quality, integrity, and security across various information systems.
  • Design and manage the Project Data Warehouse and ensure successful connections with the other Project software.
  • Collaborate with clients, Engineering and Construction Companies on ensuring successful data delivery and ensure the availability, consistency, update, and visibility of data during the project.
  • Drive data collection processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple sources.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies that can be leveraged to enhance data management and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance on data governance principles and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in a data management or analytics role.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Experience in handling and analyzing large datasets using data manipulation and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Proficiency in industry software applications relevant to AWP, such as Navisworks Simulate/Manage, S3D, Smart Construction, iConstruct, O3, WorkPacks, Smart Materials
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex, unstructured business problems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to travel and work on client sites, as required.
