Mission & Outcomes: Join the FloWater team and be part of our mission to revolutionize the way the world drinks water! We’re looking for a strategic and experienced IT + IoT Manager to lead our technology initiatives. You will oversee and manage all aspects of the company’s technology infrastructure, including ERP systems, IoT devices, and related applications. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing operational efficiency, data integrity, and customer experience through innovative technology solutions.


Great Candidates: You have 5+ years of experience in a senior IT role, managing complex IT and IoT environments. You have a strong background in project management, critical thinking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. You are a skilled communicator with a proven track record of successfully managing complex technology projects.


Responsibilities and Role:

  • Align technology projects with strategic business objectives and prioritize accordingly
  • Develop, manage, and optimize project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Facilitate seamless coordination across cross-functional teams to meet project requirements
  • Monitor project progress closely and deliver regular updates to stakeholders
  • Supervise the management and maintenance of FloWater’s IoT devices, integrations with other systems, and related applications.
  • Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices for technology infrastructure management
  • Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of all technology systems
  • Collaborate effectively with vendors and service providers to optimize system performance
  • Design and create intuitive dashboards for monitoring and reporting on technology systems
  • Implement robust role-based access controls and permissions across technology platforms
  • Safeguard data integrity and security across all technology platforms
  • Identify and oversee customization requirements for technology systems
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate APIs and facilitate seamless data exchange
  • Manage the testing and deployment of customizations and API integrations
  • Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for technology systems and applications
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and facilitate knowledge sharing among teams
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and expertise to stakeholders


Candidate Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IoT Systems Administrator, ERP and CRM Administration or a Technology Project Manager role. PmP certification is a plus
  • Strong project management skills with experience in leading complex technology projects
  • Proficient in ERP systems (NetSuite experience a plus), IoT connected devices, CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus), Ticketing systems ( ZenDesk experience a plus) and related applications
  • Has led teams integrating software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Experience with dashboard development and access control management
  • Knowledge of API integration and customization processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities


Compensation: This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive base salary of $110,000 - $115,000 as well as a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, F.S.A., 401(k)), partially paid parental leave policy, and Paid Time Off.


Please note this is not a fully remote position. FloWater has a hybrid model of work. Candidates must be Denver-based and have availability to come into the office at least 2 days per week.
