Information Technology Support Analyst

The IT Support Analyst provides end-user support for technical issues and supports the IT Infrastructure/Systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support for servers, workstations, applications, desk phones, mobile devices, printers, A/V equipment, and other IT-related systems.
• Create and manage user accounts and access.
• Perform Office 365 and network administration.
• Assist in IT Asset Management to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Open and track tickets, prioritize, follow up on service requests, and escalate as necessary.
• Create knowledge base articles, checklists, procedures, and end-user training materials.

EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server/Exchange Online Experience
• Networking experience (Router, Switch, Firewall, AP, etc.) preferred
• Mobile Device Management Experience
• A/V Equipment/Video Conferencing Solutions Experience
• Experience with Windows OS, MAC OS, iOS, and Android
