Role Overview: We’re looking for a Senior Learning Design Professional to play a pivotal role in designing and developing cutting-edge learning content for our clinical partners. Embedded within our dynamic Learning Design Team, you’ll partner with education leads, stakeholders, and clinical teams to create impactful learning programs that empower healthcare professionals. What You’ll Do:

  • Create Engaging Learning Experiences: Use your mastery of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, AGILE) to design, develop, and implement innovative learning content for our clinical teams – from medical assistants to front office staff.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with subject matter experts, business partners, and external vendors to craft best-in-class learning materials that truly make a difference.
  • Drive Learning Excellence: Develop a range of dynamic learning programs using multimedia tools (videos, simulations, role plays, games, and more) to enhance knowledge retention and engagement.
  • Lead with Impact: Lead large-scale projects, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver training materials on time and on target, using your project management expertise to ensure success.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Recommend new learning methods and technologies that keep our training content fresh, engaging, and effective.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience & Expertise: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in instructional design with a focus on adult learning theory. At least 2 years of project leadership experience in a matrixed environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in eLearning tools like Adobe Suite, Captivate, Articulate360, Vyond, and others.
  • Portfolio of Success: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create impactful learning designs.
  • Communication Superpowers: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Innovative Mindset: A passion for developing creative learning solutions that make a real impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Learning & Performance, HR, or a related field.
  • Certification in instructional design.
  • Experience creating learning solutions in clinical or healthcare settings.
