About The Role
You'll design and develop learning programs to equip channel partners and staff with the knowledge to effectively present our Private Networks portfolio. Reporting to the Manager of Learning Content, your responsibilities will include enhancing learning experiences through continuous improvement of learning assets and collaboration with stakeholders across Enterprise Learning functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage learning projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop engaging learning content.
Utilize tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) to create compelling course materials and microlearning modules.
Apply instructional design principles to optimize learner retention and achievement of learning objectives.
Participate in LMS integration, content migration, and administration to support various user groups.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Performance, Workplace Learning, or relevant field.
2-3+ years of experience in instructional design or learner experience within corporate settings.
Proficiency in Articulate 360, Microsoft 360, and project management tools.
Strong editorial skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and other authoring tools.
Experience adapting content for global audiences.
