Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal guidance and advice on intellectual property matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents related to intellectual property
• Provide legal advice on intellectual property matters to clients
• Assist in the management and protection of intellectual property assets
• Represent clients in intellectual property litigation
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex intellectual property issues
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the state of employment
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney in intellectual property
• Experience in IP litigation
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations
