Job Title: Brands & Ventures Intern

Location: Santa Monica, CA

The Role:

HYBE America is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated intern to join our Brands team. This intern will support the team with various administrative and creative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our sales initiatives. No prior experience in the entertainment industry is necessary, but a passion for music and marketing is essential. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Update artist one sheets and artist roster
• Draft business focused posts to highlight recent activities and accomplishments
• Create engaging newsletters for internal and external audiences
• Maintain and update internal team spreadsheets
• Conduct industry news and brand prospecting to identify potential opportunities
• Pull reports from reporting tools to support the team’s research efforts

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs, particularly Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Basic design skills for creating newsletters and one sheets
• Knowledge of Canva is a plus
• Must be able to legally work within the United States
• Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
