The Bilingual Customer Service Remote Translator role is responsible for listening to, understanding, and translating spoken or written statements from one language to another. This position is responsible for helping our customers get back on the road after an accident. As a Bilingual Customer Service Remote Translator, you will assure delivery of “best in class” customer service. You will need excellent problem solving and organizational skills to gather accident details and help with the claims process. Every day is different as you work to resolve problems and we ask that you be willing to work hard in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. It is also expected this person exhibit strong interpersonal skills with other team members, while providing strong contributions to overall company and claims department success.

• Facilitate effective communication between two parties that do not speak a similar language.
• Ability to deliver superior customer service through strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Personal computer literate with proficiency in the use of Word and Excel.
• Ensures all operations are consistent with the stated mission and direction set forth by Traders.
• Assists co-workers as needed.
• Hybird within the call center.
• Other duties as assigned.
• High School Degree
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Some level of retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
